Expert knowledge ensures the minimum inertia compatible with operating requirements for any application.

Sheaves are fabricated and machined up to a maximum diameter of 12m and to suit any rope type and diameter. They can be supplied with plain rims or renewable inserts. The use of inserts provides the advantages of giving longer pulley life and improved rope management, ensuring that rope slip does not occur during emergency braking.

Head sheave adopts integral monoblock casting,and it can be divided as fixed head sheave and unfixed head sheave. The head sheave can be used to support and guide the turning of the wire rope. The groove with plastic cushion can extend wire rope lifespan.
To enssure the wire rope going to chute of the cheaves accurately, there always have some Guide Blocks to guide the direction of wire ropes.
 Head Sheaves Guide block is made of polyurethane which is wearable.
